We use sustainably sourced North Atlantic Haddock, cooked in a crispy batter by our fantastic cooks. The fish can also be served breaded or in a gluten free batter. Our fishcakes are also made on the premises to Jill’s recipe.
Our potatoes are sourced from WM Fraser Ltd who are a long established potato merchant based in Montrose. These are chipped on the premises and carefully fried to ensure just the right amount of bite.
If fish is not your dish we also serve the finest puddings sourced from Munro’s of Dingwall and we often have homemade Orkney Patties on the menu, just as your server for more details.
